Your child will receive this award if they complete 7 of the 13 requirements with their teacher by the year end deadline.

Recognize all upper-case and lower-case alphabet letters
Knows sounds for all 26 alphabet letters
Reads 25 of the following kindergarten sight words- the, of, and, to, a, in, is, that, it, was, for, you, he, on, as, are, they, with, be, his, at, or, from, had, I, play, go, look, here, have, by she, an, her, can, we, said, into, do, no, like, has, see, very, my, did
Be able to add to 10
Be able to subtract to 10
Count by 1’s to 100
Count by 5’s to 100
Count by 10’s to 100
Identify all shapes- circle, square, rectangle, triangle, oval, rhombus, trapezoid, and hexagon
Can hop on one foot, skip or jump rope
Participate in the school PTA Reflections contest
Writes first and last name with good handwriting and appropriate capitals
Recognize numbers 0-30
