Present: Spencer Jacobs, Emily Tippets, Norlene Hamann, Leila Mortensen, Jenny Jones, Darlene Hammond

Safe Walking Routes- Will remain the same. The city will replace the No Parking Signs near the parking lot exit. The west parking lot has water damage and will be replaced this year. The North parking lot and drop-off lane is still on the list to be done.
Fundraiser Entertainment Publications Dates- A&C track will run 3/2-3/13 with a delivery date of 4/23. B&D tracks will be 3/23-4/3, and will be delivered 5/10. A video will be shown the Friday before kick-off.
Box Tops– The last store will be Feb. 14 during lunch. Volunteers need to arrive at 10:30. The next submission deadline is Mar. 1, with the final check arriving in May.
Teacher Appreciation- We will have a dessert bar on April 27 during lunch. Set-up will be at 10:30 and clean up at 2:00. Darlene will get a list of the food we bought last year to Jenny.
Land Trust- We will continue with the math and reading aides for next year. The students work with aides for 30 minutes twice a week. The goal in math is that 50% of students serviced will pass end of year testing. The goal for reading is for the student to make one years progress in reading.
